Looks like a library.

Ideas, subjects and glossy covers.

Stand up, take a bow.

Eat fruit. Drink water.

We usually test the wrong things.

So trust your observations. Value what you sense. Evaluate what you know.

You are continually testing, probing and sensing everyone and everything around you.

You just need to look at the readings occasionally (instead of presuming!).

The rolling dunes and custom service on a wide-tired trolley.

If you have waiter service in the desert a four wheel drive trolley is ideal, otherwise the drinks will spill.

The menu should not be made of plastic in a such a hot environment.

It would be good to serve iced water at each table before being asked.

A sun shade above each table will prolong the time customers may spend comfortably dining.

This could be the start of a new attraction.
