"Wisdom and inspiration: thought provoking, humourous, delightful, guru-like, quirky, energizing, enabling, challenging, alerting, awakening….the way individuals, teams and groups start every day as a Great Day" – The Replies Book

It may amaze anyone that some of the most stupid/corrupt/inept wastrels run some major organizations.

The federal reserve in the USA, the plethora of organizations that keep parts of the machines that limp along almost-enabling a (many of them) country to offer various services or disservices, all perform so far below the top innovators, creators and superior minds of the world.

Why do we let this slide?

How could we change it around so that the best, the wisest, the most impressively capable are really tempted to take on these roles.

We can stop worshipping ridiculous idols, we can boost and promote the best.

We can…maybe, we will!?

And what else?

The meter maid was rocketing along the autostrada at 195 kilometres per hour.

Desperate to meet the quota of tickets for the week.

Those little vehicles were designed for hopping along residential streets, but our meter maid made it to her 333 ticket destination target in one piece.

We were not happy about this.

But we’ll classify it with the other records and rushes, we are keen on none of them.

We prefer slow ticketing (fewer of them!) and lower three-wheeled vehicle crusing speeds (more reaching their destination.)

One lucky maid.

Three tressles support that bridge and I support you.

Perhaps there should be four as they look slender to the task at hand.

Years ago only the odd horse and cart passed above, now 600 horsepower diesel engines shove trailers of bricks, beer and shoes to a far destination.

Walk for six minutes and you will not see or hear any of this. A stream trickles pretending to have no effect on the landscape. But we all know the truth!

Knitting.

Brows and together.

Two boats, one mind and a salt cellar.

We chose wine and then got to work with the aged wooden planks using them to make what will be.

A house, a cotton gin and a smile was all it took to get us started.

Ah, but the finish. We enjoyed the process too much to wish for completion.

We choose to say yes or no but try to avoid the fuzzyness of maybe.

And yesterday when the soup was hot, the ice cream melting and the floors polished, we met with key executives from the magic dream business.

They loved us, we loved them.

We all agreed – on something, we can’t remember what but we’re sure it was good.

The word “good” was used once every fifty other words, so that confirms it.

Good. Or better.
