The numbers they expected were higher than usual and that’s what they got.
As it happens, half the people attending the New Reality Show were actually interested in knitting and crocheting. They spent an hour or so talking about stitches and slipknots, needle thicknesses and wool versus neo-wool, then realized something was amiss.
The new reality people could not understand why so many of their fellow engineers appeared so interested in knitting, a new thing they’d not experienced before.
Everyone left feeling exhilarated.
