And the last of those should ring alarm bells!

But not to worry (!), the alarms have rung and are now quiet.

A chance to sit and sip and be honest.

Trace and place the lace.

It was a doily handed down by three generations of grandmothers.

This means that it was crocheted in the early 1800’s.

The stories that we can file for the many people involved in this line of descendants, are legion, numerous and illuminating.

We learn more about the history of these different eras via the doily story than from a teacher.

Because it all seems so damn relevant.

Teaching customer service in schools!

Once someone becomes a natural, fluent, fluid and interpretive customer service-oriented person – empathy, folks – they are likely to design, build, create or make thoroughly easy-to-use and delightful things and services.

Yes, it does need teaching because it’s one great step towards compassion, communication and all good things.

Always towards a better world.

The republic seems to be in a state of turmoil, so we have to make sure the result is just…better.
